“The Best Western Plus, Ruston was a nice and comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping wasn’t great, because the microwave in our room was dirty, it hadn’t been clean nor the refrigerator. I reported it to the front desk. Supposedly they were short on housekeeping. I paid $445.00 for two nights and wasn’t completely satisfied. Housekeeping need to get better. And the one young lady that I seen cleaning rooms had her dog with her sitting on her cart. That’s an absolute……

“There was a used microfiber towel on my nightstand when I checked in and sticky stuff on the desk in the room. I have low expectations for hotel breakfasts in general, and these failed to meet even that. No service inside the hotel, yet the second you walk outside you have full bars. It’s like they block service so you have to connect to their WiFi.”

“The host is very courteous and responds quickly. The area is great in relation to the colleges and shopping. The parking is not advantageous. The property can use some upgrading. The stove and microwave were terrible. The owner should check on the cleaning crew...It was a great price and stay for a one night trip. I would recommend based on the communication with the host.”
